1. Applicability
This policy applies to all purchases of Zuri-branded products made through our official website or authorized retailers.

2. No Change-of-Mind Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than damage in transit.

  • Candles are fragile; please choose carefully before purchasing.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Cosmetic & Bath Products (soaps, shampoos): Cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene.

  • Candles: Except for damaged goods, non-returnable.

4. Damaged-in-Transit Exchanges
To replace damaged items free of charge:

  1. Timeframe: Report damage within 4 days of delivery.

  2. Evidence: Provide a clear unboxing video showing packaging, shipping label, and product condition.

  3. Verification: Once confirmed, we dispatch replacements at no extra cost.

6. Refunds

  • No cash refunds—damaged items only.

  • If out of stock, store credit equal to the item price.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged Exchanges: Covered by Zuri Candles.

  • Other Cases: Not applicable (no change-of-mind returns).
