1. Applicability
This policy applies to all purchases of Zuri-branded products made through our official website or authorized retailers.
2. No Change-of-Mind Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than damage in transit.
Candles are fragile; please choose carefully before purchasing.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Cosmetic & Bath Products (soaps, shampoos): Cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene.
Candles: Except for damaged goods, non-returnable.
4. Damaged-in-Transit Exchanges
To replace damaged items free of charge:
Timeframe: Report damage within 4 days of delivery.
Evidence: Provide a clear unboxing video showing packaging, shipping label, and product condition.
Verification: Once confirmed, we dispatch replacements at no extra cost.

6. Refunds
No cash refunds—damaged items only.
If out of stock, store credit equal to the item price.
7. Shipping Costs
Damaged Exchanges: Covered by Zuri Candles.
Other Cases: Not applicable (no change-of-mind returns).
